Dan Petlon is Vice President of System Quality & IT. Petlon is responsible for the quality of the security and management applications as well as the firmware for the entire switching product line within the Network Infrastructure and Security business unit (Enterasys). Petlon is also responsible for delivering internal IT services to enable all aspects of the Enterasys business, with a strong focus on improving the experience of both internal and external customers. The innovative approach of combining the Quality and IT organizations allows the Enterasys IT organization to function as a natural extension of the SQA process.
Prior to joining Enterasys, Petlon was VP of Quality Assurance at CA, where he had QA responsibility for the SPECTRUM and eHealth product lines. Petlon brings more than 20 years of operational and QA experience to his role at Enterasys.
