Financial Success in 2007
I can’t think of a better way to start off 2008 than by reporting to you that Enterasys has achieved another quarter of profitable revenue growth. The 2007 financial results are in and I am very pleased to announce that revenues grew for the second consecutive year while net income increased more than 100% over fiscal year 2006 and EBITDA was greater than 10% of revenue for the second year in a row. Put simply - Enterasys grew revenues year-over-year, while adding more than 150 new customers.
I would like to share some fourth quarter 2007 highlights with you:
New customers in APAC included:

New customers in the CALA region included:

- Hospitality – Grande Hotel Araxá
New customers in the EMEA region included:
- Electronics – Philips
- Finance – Banca D’Italia

- Government – Moscow North-West Underpass
- Healthcare – St. Bonifatius Hospital
New customers in North America included:
- Education – Murphy School District
- Education – University of Cincinnati
- Energy – Emerald Coast Utilities Authority
- Government – Instituto Nacional de Ciencias Médicas y Nutrición Salvador Zubirán
- Manufacturing – Mercedes-Benz
Product highlights include:
- Triple-speed PoE shipments increased more than 90% from the year ago period as Enterasys continues to be deployed in conjunction with IP telephony (VoIP) solutions from Avaya, Cisco, Mitel, NEC, Nortel, Panasonic, ShoreTel, and Siemens.
- Revenues of the Enterasys Dragon® Security Command Console (DSCC) security information and event management (SIEM) solution increased nearly 90% sequentially, and posted gains of more than 400% compared to the year ago period.
- Enterasys Dragon Network IPS solution also posted strong growth, with revenues more than doubling on a year-over-year basis.
- License shipments of the Enterasys Network Access Control (NAC) solution once again doubled compared to the year ago period.
I am proud of our many accomplishments this past quarter, and can tell you that 2008 is already off to a great start as we announce new 10 Gigabit Ethernet (10GbE) connectivity products, increase training on Dragon Security Command Console (DSCC) to respond to the demand for a product that has seen tremendous growth, and continue to meet the changing needs of our 20-year customer relationship with the University of Bern.
