Next Generation Online Case Management Now Available
We are very excited to announce the launch of our new next generation OCM. The new OCM has been vastly enhanced to include modern and easy-to-use interfaces, search and sort logic, on-demand reporting, case attachment library, direct linkage to cases, customizable views, Web 2.0 advancements, and more.

User Account Creation
In order to use the new OCM, an Extranet user account must be created at https://extranet.enterasys.com. Partners should use their Partner Portal (https://epartners.enterasys.com) accounts to log on. Partners who do not have an account should fill out the form at: http://www.enterasys.com/partners/partner-registration.aspx.
Enabling Online Case Management
Users with an Enterasys Extranet account can request access to case management features by supplying a valid service contract number in the textbox in the self-service section located on the Extranet homepage or by speaking with a GTAC support agent.
