Enterasys Networksï today named Tom Eggemeier as Vice President of Corporate Communications and Business Development. In his new role, Eggemeier will be responsible for all corporate communications functions, including analyst relations, investor relations and public relations, and business development functions, including mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments and strategic business planning.
Tom brings a wide range of experience to his new position, and will play a key role in helping us to communicate our vision and expand our business on a global basis, said Henry Fiallo, president of Enterasys Networks.
Previously, Eggemeier served as Enterasys' vice president of marketing for Europe, Middle East and Africa and as vice president of corporate communications. Prior to joining Enterasys, Eggemeier held management roles at Compaq Computer Corporation in marketing, operations and strategic planning.
He holds a BA from the University of Dayton and a JD from the University of Chicago.
