Enterasys Networks Appoints Trent Waterhouse Vice President of Marketing
Experienced marketing leader brings hardware and software expertise to Enterasys

Enterasys Networks®, the Secure Networks Company™, today announced the appointment of Trent Waterhouse as vice president of marketing. Trent brings more than 15 years of technology and business marketing experience to Enterasys. Most recently, he wasvice president of corporate strategy for CA (formerly Computer Associates).
“Trent has unique knowledge of the networking industry, from both a hardware and software perspective,” said Mike Fabiaschi, president and CEO of Enterasys. “I’m confident he will drive successful demand generation programs for our direct and indirect sales channels. Trent and I worked together at Aprisma to deliver profitable revenue growth by focusing everything the company did on meeting the needs of customers. We will leverage our past achievements to take Enterasys to the next level of success.”Previously, Waterhouse was vice president of marketing for Aprisma Management Technologies, which was purchased by The Gores Group, LLC in 2002 from Enterasys Networks. The Gores Group is the leader of the private equity team that bought Enterasys in March 2006.

Earlier in his career, Waterhouse was a systems engineer with NYNEX (now Verizon), where he was responsible for the planning, design, implementation, management and application needs analysis of microcomputer-based LANs.
