Enterasys Networks, a Siemens Enterprise Communications Company, today announced the appointment of Jörg Hofmann as Sales Director for Austria, Switzerland and Eastern Europe. Hofmann will play a key role in extending and fostering the business, channel partnerships as well as customer support.

Jörg Hofmann has more than 20 years of experience in network and communication technologies. Prior to joining Enterasys Networks, he was Country Manager for Austria and Switzerland at Extreme Networks. Moreover, Hofmann gained experience in various positions; among others as Country Manager at Avaya and Managing Director at Dimension Data. Hofmann holds a degree in electrical engineering and an Executive MBA of the University of Applied Sciences in Bern.
