| Class Description | Dragon Intrusion
Defense This course will present networking professionals with the core knowledge necessary to employ the Enterasys Dragon 7.x Security solution to provide a solid security foundation for today’s mission-critical networks. This course is specifically designed as a core-competency certification that will provide a student with the skill set necessary to install, configure, troubleshoot, and use of the Enterasys Dragon components. This course curriculum will provide a student with the skill set necessary to recognize specific network security threats, understand corporate and network security policies and how Enterasys security products can be used to enhance those policies, understand complex security architectures, perform and assess real-time configuration changes. This course encompasses Dragon 7.x, basic signature creation, "how to" utilize Dragon scripting capabilities, and tuning techniques. Dragon Network Defense This course will present networking professionals with the advanced knowledge necessary to employ the Enterasys Dragon 7.x Security solution, consiting of Dragon Behavioral IDS, Security Information Manager (SIM), Proactive Protection and Trusted Access components. |
