 Students will be exposed to discussions regarding planning, design, implement and operate (PDIO) methodology, followed by performing an implementation of an Enterasys Connectivity solution comprised of switching, routing, wireless and network management products and solutions. Area of focus includes:

  • Overview of PDIO Methodology – Students will be exposed to the seven steps to a successful implementation
  • Planning a Connectivity Deployment – How to achieve success by asking the correct questions.
  • Design and Development of a Connectivity Solution – The importance of Project Documentation and integration phases.
  • Solution Implementation – Hands on lab environment consisting of building an Enterasys Connectivity Solution utilizing Switching, Routing, Wireless and Management products and applications.
  • Operation and Transition – Review of required solution operational knowledge and what information the integration team should be providing to the user

Target Audience:

The Connectivity Integration & Operation targets users that have a solid understanding of the Enterasys Connectivity portfolio and require a greater understanding of how to successfully integrate a complete Connectivity Solution. Candidates are Network Administrators or Integration Specialists who are tasked with the integrating Enterasys connectivity products into an existing or new network domain. Upon completion of this course, your employee will have gained the knowledge and the ability to provide greater insight regarding the integration of the Enterasys Connectivity product portfolio.
