Capability Overview

Technical Support:
  • The Global Technical Assistance Center in Andover MA provides services to customers worldwide including:

    • 7x24 technical support on the phone, on the web and via e-mail
    • Multi-Language support
    • $15 Million dollar Interoperability Lab for problem replication
    • Regional support centers in the UK and Germany supplement the Andover Global Technical Assistance Center
  • Tier II & Tier II support is also delivered through our Newbury UK and Frankfort Germany locations
  • Web-based design, architecture, troubleshooting and case tracking information is also available.
Service Parts:
  • Primary distribution hubs located in Louisville, KY (USA) and Shannon Ireland
  • Over 75 active forward stocking locations support multiple geographies with rapid response parts exchange
Field Service Coverage:
  • Comprehensive coverage for service from basic deployment & break/fix to project based consultative engagements
  • Access to over 4000 field technicians globally
