Enterasys Base Hardware Warranty
As a customer-centric company, Enterasys endeavors to provide the best possible workmanship and design to ensure a positive first impression for our clients. In the event that one of our products fails due to defects in one of these factors, we have developed a comprehensive warranty that protects you and promises them a simple way to get your products repaired as soon as possible.
Enterasys currently offers two different warranty periods for our hardware products; either one year or three years depending on the product line.

Software warranties are ninety (90) days, and cover defects in media only.
This warranty is Enterasys' global warranty statement and is the same in all geographies and countries.

* Applicable to hardware warranties.
- Parts Exchange within 30 days of shipment for one year warranty and within 90 days of shipment for a three year warranty, followed by Return to Factory Repair on a commercially-reasonable efforts basis for the duration of the warranty period.
- TAC phone support limited to specific product defect confirmation from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM at the customer's local time.
- Web support from the Enterasys public website.
- Firmware patch releases when available, at the discretion of the Enterasys TAC.
