Our Easy File Transfer method replaces the Enterasys File Exchange. Please read below for general instructions:

The best way exchange files with Enterasys employees would be to use our Easy File Transfer method. To receive files simply ask your Enterasys associate to send to you a "Secure Package." A secure package notification will be sent to your e-mail address with a hyperlink that you can use to download the file(s). To upload files follow the same procedure. When you receive your "Secure Package" notification use the "Reply" option to attach your file(s) then send your "Secure Package" back to the Enterasys employee.

Customers and Partners with valid Enterasys Extranet accounts can also log onto https://secure-file.enterasys.com using their registered e-mail address and extranet password to upload and download files. Upload your files into to the "To our Organization" folder. Download your files from the “From our Organization” folder.
