Create your Firmware Access Account

This registration form is for Enterasys Firmware Access Accounts;
for Self Service registration please visit the Self Services page

For your protection, the following must be entered exactly as shown on your contract or invoice.

Step 1. Enter your contract number:
  • Examples: 966123A, 40010568
  • Do not enter leading zeros.
  • Use all upper case letters.
Step 2. First line of address:
  • Example: 35 Industrial Way
  • Enter the "bill to" or "ship to".
  • Punctuation does not matter.
  • Upper or lower case does not matter.
Step 3. Enter the city name:
  • Example: Rochester
  • Do not enter state or zip.
  • Upper or lower case does not matter.
Step 4. Enter your account contacts:
  • This information does not need to match anything already on your contract.
  • These contacts will be emailed new firmware announcements.
  • All contacts will share the same password.
